The Sports Injury Clinic was founded to provide specialist osteopathic and physiotherapy treatment to sportspeople.
Whatever your sport, it is likely that one of our team has had experience treating it.
In the first treatment, you can expect a thorough consultation and careful examination to determine
the nature, severity and cause of the problem.
However not everyone comes to the Sports Injury Clinic with an injury - the discerning sportsperson
comes for prehabilitation - that is the preventative rehab that will prevent injury occurring.
Prehabilitation involves completely assessing the body and fixing any problems before they arise. Then a
conditioning programme can be undertaken to work into any areas of weakness which a particular sportsperson may have.
These weaknesses may be fitness, flexibility, balance, or any number of factors which may be affecting performance.
If you do suffer an injury, get it sorted quickly and effectively with the highest quality treatment. You will be suprised
that injuries which normally take several weeks to settle down are completely better in a few treatment sessions.
If you think this sounds too good to be true, its not – just read the
testimonials page (to be updated shortly)! And look forward to the improvements.
